The HEIDTS Rear
4-Link and Superide II Subframe have been prepped and painted with
Chassis
Satin Black. The
stock front subframe
has been removed and the firewall will be prepped and painted.
The stock
subframe, suspension, inner fenders, and steering column with gear box
are for

We purchased inner fender
panels from HEIDTS for the Nova. We decided that the 18
gauge flat stock sheet metal is a little boring, so we had Dan
Pate punch them full of louvers. It breaks up the large
expanse of sheet metal and will let the heat escape from the engine
bay. Dan
punched 75 louvers in each panel and they turned out great. If you need louvers punched,

We are in the process of
removing the front
clip. We had
Jim Crews from Tin Man Fabrication weld the stand offs and
motor mounts that he manufactures to the HEIDTS Superide II
Subframe.

Progress of front

We have started on our '63
Nova. We need to install a new floor. In order to
do that, we had to remove the gas tank, brakelines, fuel line and
emergency brake cable. Once the new floor is in, we will
sandblast, prime and paint underneath the car. The front clip
will be removed to start the installation of the HEIDTS Superide II.
